WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU TO SUCCEED
1.) You Will Need A Home Office - This can be as simple as a room with a desk, a phone and an answering machine.
2.) Listen To Your Manager And Follow Directions.
3.) Develop The Proper Telephone Work Habits.
• You should be able to make 4-5 Realtor appointments, working less than 3 hours on the phone.
• You should be able to make 8-12 referral appointments, working less than 5 hours on the phone.
Most of your appointments are made in the morning, which gives you afternoons free to do what you want.
4.) Self-Motivtion - Since there is no boss looking over your shoulder, telling you to get to work, you need to have the self-motivation and discipline to set goals and work on achieving them.
LONG TERM GOALS
In 2002, All Seasons Realty Publication hired a salesperson for the Maine territory (Cathy Goranson) and Western Massachusetts (Mike Dugas). Both are doing very well and really enjoy selling this program.
Our goals are to hire one salesperson for the New Hampshire/Vermont and the Connecticut markets before we expand into NewYork, New Jersey and Florida. It is just a matter of time before we expand from having 600 real estate companies involved with our program to well over 1000.
